Normally, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after confirmed payment.
We use FedEx or UPS as our preferred carriers, and the average transit time is approximately 2-7 business days.

Free Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous United States, and there are no hidden charges or handling fees.
In a few specific cases, you may need to cover the necessary shipment costs, such as returns, exchanges, or certain areas. Our shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States.
Please Note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Change & Cancel Order
Warm Tips:
1. Tracking is not available for orders that are in a Processing status
2. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after an order is shipped
Before shipment:
To cancel a placed order, please contact us at homrelexa.com before the order ships out.
Note:
1、Submitting a cancellation request before order ship out will not guarantee a cancellation success. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.
2、A 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted (this is not taken by us)
Change of address:
Free if order was placed the same day and we are contacted before the tracking number are not updated.

Please Note***: We will not be able to cancel order after order shipped out. Please wait for the order to deliver and contact us for a return label within 14 days of delivery. Rejecting an shipped out order or failing to follow the return procedure might cause item loss in transit or reject by warehouse due to no return registration which might lead to ineligibility of refund or replacement.
After shipment:
Order Cancellation:
For the cancellation of any shipped order (upon receiving a tracking number), please note that a 5% credit card processing fee,and a $30 recall shipping fee will be applicable.
Change of address:
A $30 rerouting fee applies, and the new estimated time of arrival (ETA) must exceed 2 days.
Change of model:
A $30 initial shipping fee and a $30 recall shipping fee will be required
Shipment Completed:
Please check your package and item carefully after receiving your item. If there is something wrong, the following steps are advised:
1、Take clear pictures to illustrate the problem with your item.
2、Contact us via email support@homrelexa.com and include the attached photos.
3、Ensure not to discard the boxes or packaging materials, as your request for return or exchange will not be accepted if these are not retained.
Additional Information
We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you place your order after the cutoff times, we will process and ship it on the next business day. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
