How can I return a product?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the reason for return falls under one of the conditions listed below. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging, along with all accessories and all packaging components. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to cancel this contract.
